Problems and solution of prevention and management of infectious diseases in comprehensive hospital

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the problems and solution of prevention and management of infectious diseases in comprehensive hospital.Methods:86 patients with infectious diseases were selected from 2011 to 2013 were survey analyzed. Results:A variety of infectious disease patients doped in the department of treatment patients,especially respiratory infectious disease and blood borne infectious disease basically covers each department.The infectious patients in all treatment in the day he was diagnosed only 28 cases of infectious diseases, accounted for 32.56% of all of the infectious patients;45 cases were diagnosed between 1~3 d,accounted for 52.33% of all of the infectious patients;4~7 d was diagnosed in 8 patients,accounted for 9.30% of all patients with infectious diseases;5 cases were diagnosed of over 7 dsys,accounted for 5.81% of all patients with infectious diseases.Conclusion:The comprehensive hospital doctors and patients have the potential danger of infection.The hospital should enhance the infectious disease knowledge propaganda and education,establish a sound early warning and monitoring system, strengthen early warning ability and improve the implementation of disinfection and isolation measures to strengthen comprehensive hospital of infectious disease prevention and control management.关键词
