Abstract
Pharmacy is as a window in the hospital.It is not only one of the important links of reflecting the hospital service level, at the same time the pharmacy working quality to a large extent also affects the overall hospital reputation and image,and relates its development.From the current hospital pharmacy work actual situation,there are still a lot of problems,if these problems are not resolved in time,it not only will have an impact on the entire hospital medical work,but also affects the safety of patients.In this paper,the author researchs and analyzes the existing problems in the hospital pharmacy work on the basis of accumulation and summary the work experience for many years,and combines with hospital pharmacy work actual situation to put forward the corresponding solution,and hopes that it can effectively solve the problems existing in the pharmacy work.关键词
