摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of different antibacterial drugs(levofloxacin and cefuroxime sodium) in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods:50 patients with COPD were selected from March 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into group 1 and group 2.The group 1 were given cefuroxime sodium injection treatment.The group 2 were given levofloxacin injection treatment.The effect after two courses were observed.Results:The treatment total effective rate of group 2 was significantly higher than that of group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in group 1 was significantly higher than that of group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using levofloxacin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction and strengthen the curative effect.It is safety and reliability,and it has the value of popularization in the treatment.关键词
