摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treated on patients with abnormal liver function after chemotherapy.Methods:60 patients with malignant tumor confirmed by pathology or cytology were selected from January 2010 to February 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Two groups were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and glutathione in treatment of liver respectively.Results:The improvement of liver function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treated on abnormal liver function after chemotherapy can achieved good effect,while it also can shorten the course of clinical liver damage,and with less adverse reactions,so it is wothy to be popularized in the clinical.关键词
