Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin,docetaxel combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:36 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from January 2010 to January 2013.Patients were given chemotherapy:docetaxel 75 mg/m2 for intravenous drip one hour,intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin,and the drug was calculated by 130 mg/m2,tegafur 80 mg/(m2·day),which was divided 2 times after meals for oral administration of 1 to 14 days,1 cycle of 3 weeks .We evaluated the short-term efficacy and adverse drug reaction.Results:All 36 patients completed more than 2 cycles chemotherapy.The efficiency was 55.6%,including 20 cases of PR,10 cases of SD,6 cases of PD,and disease control rate(DCR) was 83.3%.Conclusion:Oxaliplatin,docetaxel combined with tegafur treated advanced gastric cancer,combination therapy of anticancer drugs have synergistic effect.It can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and better control the disease.The adverse reaction is little;security is high;the patient tolerance is good.It can improve the compliance of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
