腹腔镜胆囊切除术全身麻醉中喉罩的应用效果

Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of general anesthesia laryngeal mask in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:140 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 70 cases in each.The experimental group used general anesthesia laryngeal mask ventilation mode.The control group used endotracheal intubation for ventilation.The mean arterial pressure and time point heart rate of various stages before and after surgery of each group patients were observed.The observed result was seriously recorded as the basis of clinical analysis.Results:The mean arterial pressure and time point heart rate of the control group were higher than that of the experimental group,so the clinical effect of laryngeal mask ventilation was better than that of endotracheal intubation.Conclusion:The application of general anesthesia laryngeal mask in laparoscopic cholecystectomy achieves a good result.Its ventilation and anesthetic effect are good.The operation is convenient. Patients recover quickly.There is no complications phenomenon.Compared with other ways,it has certain superiority.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
