Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of lobaplatin combined with tegafur on the life quality level of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods:50 patients with advanced breast cancer were selected from February 2013 to January 2014.The patients were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each.The control group were given lobaplatin separate treatment.The observation group were given tegafur treatment on this basis.The life quality score results of patients in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The life quality score of patients in the observation group was (98.8 ± 5.5)scores.The control group was (82.6 ± 12.2)scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lobaplatin combined with tegafur is used in the treatment of advanced breast cancer,and the life quality score result of patients improves obviously.It has positive popularization significance.关键词
