纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带小结与息肉96例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microwave under fibre laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal nodules and polyps.Methods:96 patients with vocal nodules and polyps were selected as the research objects.All patients received microwave therapy under fibre laryngoscope.The clinical curative effects of the patients were observed.Results:All patients in this group had successful implementation of operation under topical anesthesia,and no 1 cases had vocal cord injury, difficulty breathing,vocal cord adhesion complication.The postoperative pathological diagnosis results were completely in conformity with preoperative diagnosis,and the diagnose accordance rate was 100%.Patients were followed up for 3 months;52 cases were cured;44 cases were improved;the total effective rate was 100%.Follow up half year display,4 cases were recurrence;the recurrence rate was 4.2%.The relapse cases all related with the patients with excessive use of the voice or incorrect pronunciation.Conclusion:Application of microwave under fibre laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal nodules and polyps has significant curative effect.The treatment has little pain,good safety and high cure rate.It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
