摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of An Luo Hua Xian Pill combined with lamivudine in treatment of early stage liver cirrhosis.Methods:80 cases of early mid stage patients with liver cirrhosis were selected from July 2012 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases) and the observation group(40 cases).The control group were treated with lamivudine.The observation group were treated with An Luo Hua Xian Pill and lamivudine.We observed the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:In the HBV-DNA negative rate,the two groups had no obvious difference,but after treatment,in the observation group,globulin and alanine aminotransferase were significantly lower than the control group;liver fibrosis index was significantly lower than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of An Luo Hua Xian Pill combined with lamivudine in treatment of early stage liver cirrhosis is good.Liver function recovery is better.It improves the life quality of the patients.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
