Clinical nursing of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Dilated cardiomyopathy is a heart muscle disease with one side or both sides of the ventricular enlargement and the characteristics of myocardial systolic dysfunction.The main clinical manifestations are heart failure,arrhythmia.The incidence in our country population is about 13/10 million.Up to now,the pathogeny is unidentified,and progression of the disease is slow,so that patients often die because of heart failure.The prognosis is poor.We analyzed clinical nursing of 38 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.关键词
