中药敷贴神阙穴预防术后呕吐的效果评价OA
Effect evaluation of application of traditional Chinese medicine on Shen Que Acupoint in prevention of postoperative vomiting
目的：探讨解决外科术后患者发生呕吐有效的治疗护理措施。方法：2014年1-6月收治外科住院患者120例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组加用中药敷贴神阙穴，观察两种方法对解除术后呕吐的效果。结果：两组患者术后呕吐发生率比较有明显的差异，比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药敷贴神阙穴能有效预防术后呕吐的发生，方法简单，操作方便，缩短患者禁食时间，有利于术后恢复。
