舒适护理运用于临产室护理的效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the application of comfortable nursing for parturient room nursing.Methods:116 cases of pregnant women were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 58 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing.The research group were given comfort care.We compared the outcome of delivery and clinical manifestations of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the rate of vaginal delivery,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress,duration of labor and vaginal delivery hemorrhage volume were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In labor,comfortable nursing mode can effectively improve the physical and mental state of parturient,improve birth outcomes,and effectively avoid the risk event.关键词
