Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feeding status in 4 to 8 months old infants at Longzhou road of Jinjiang district of Chengdu city,and to provide scientific basis for infant nutrition intervention.Methods:By random sampling method,162 infants with 4 to 8 months of age and its rearing person were selected in department of children's health prevention at health service center of Longzhou road community and health service center of Lianxin community.Through the questionnaire survey,we collected infant and rearing person's basic situation,complementary feeding knowledge and added food situation.The results were statistical analysis.Results:The master rate of complementary feeding time of baby rearing person was 90.7%.The master rate of supplementary food addition order was 64.8%.Main sources of complementary feeding knowledge were the family/friends,network/books/TV,health care staff(56.2%,51.9%,51.9%).The add rate of cereals,fruits/vegetables,eggs,fish/liver,other meat and bean products for more than 6 months of age infants respectively was 94.8%,70.7%,70.7%,39.7%,32.8%,19%.The first time to add complementary was concentrated in 4 to 6 months of age.Conclusion:At present,complementary feeding knowledge level at Longzhou road community of Jinjiang district of Chengdu city is good.Baby food supplement add is more reasonable.We propose to strengthen the popularization of knowledge and skills to add baby food supplement guidance through the health education and propaganda of medical staff.关键词
