Abstract
Characteristics of senile disease mainly were susceptible to chronic diseases;risk factors were many and complex;the clinical manifestation was not typical;complications were more;it had multiple organ failure and multiple system dysfunction;a variety of problems of the elderly and the syndrome;the dosage was large and the species were much;the adverse reactions were obvious.Prevention of senile disease should start from a young age,and throughout the whole life;effective prevention can improve the life quality of aged people,and delay the occurrence of the aging of disability.关键词
