Analysis of the preventive use of antibacterials of type I incision operation in 140 cases

Abstract
Objective:To understand the preventive use of antibacterials in type I incision operation in recent 3 years,and to analyze the rational use of antibiotics.Methods:Type Ⅰ incision operation in 140 patient records(including abdominal external hernia operation,thyroidectomy,breast operation,fracture internal fixation operation,the great saphenous varicose vein operation and so on) were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.The usage of antibacterial drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Results:In 140 patients records with type Ⅰ incision,the proportion of preventive use of antibacterials was as high as 100%,which was far more than the ministry of health requirements of 30%.Conclusion:This situation of the preventive use of antibacterials of type Ⅰ incision operation was quite serious.We must strengthen the rational application of antibacterial drugs,master the indications of postoperative use of antimicrobial agents,and improve awareness of clinicians for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.关键词
