Abstract
Objective:To study the risk factors and the clinical features of coronary artery lesions of patients with coronary heart disease in different age stages.Methods:375 patients with coronary heart disease were hospitalized from April 2012 to August 2014.They were divided into group A(75 cases in young group),group B(105 cases in middle-aged group)and group C(195 cases in elderly group) according to the age.Clinical data were compared in the three groups.Results:There were significant differences in all the three groups in the aspects of this three types of coronary heart disease of Acute Myocardial Infarction,unstable angina pectoris,and Myocardial Infarction(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the aspects of family history of hyperlipidemia(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the aspects of family history of diabetes mellitus,hypertension and coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Through the risk factors caused by coronary heart disease in the three groups,the differences were also significant in the aspects of these factors such as drinking,smoking,diabetes mellitus,obesity,high diastolic blood pressure,high systolic blood pressure,and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the patients with coronary heart disease in different age,there were significant differences in their kinds of lesions,family history and risk factors.The important basis of the next clinical treatment will be provided by finding the regularity and common ground.关键词
