Clinical study of painless myocardial infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand and explore the clinical diagnosis of painless myocardial infarction(PMI),to reduce the misdiagnosis rate and mortality of patients.Methods:196 patients with painless myocardial infarction were selected from July 2013 to September 2014.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In this group of patients,96 cases(48.98%) were stable disease;32 cases(16.33%) were death;18 cases(9.18%) were cardiogenic shock;24 cases(12.24%) were arrhythmia;26 cases(13.27% ) were heart failure.Conclusion:Fully understanding and grasping clinical characteristics of painless myocardial infarction improve the diagnostic rate,and reduce the misdiagnosis rate and mortality.It has important significance to the development of medical career.关键词
