肛管直肠外伤32例临床诊治分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment scheme of anorectal injury and to sum up the experience.Methods:The clinical data of 32 cases of patients with anorectal injury from January 2010 to February 2013 were reviewed retrospectively.Results:After 32 cases with diagnosed and reasonable treatment,2 cases had perianal wound infection;2 cases had abdominal incision infection;1 cases had traumatic anus stricture,which all were cured after treatment.There were no serious complications in patients with death.Conclusion:Early diagnosis on the basis of the history and clinical manifestations of the anorectal injury patient combined with rectal examination,anorectal endoscopy and controlling infection,emergency debridement,repairing damaged,fecal diversion and adequate drainage and the treatment of associated injury could improve the cure rate and reduce the rate of complication.关键词
