Abstract
Objective:To investigate the reasons of complications after modified radical mastectomy operation,and put forward the valuable preventive measures.Methods:62 cases with modified radical mastectomy were selected from January to December of 2007 as the control group.We analyze the causes of complications and put forward the improvement measures.Then we selected 66 similar patients from January to December of 2008 as the observation group,using the improved measures.Then we compared the complications rate in the two groups.Results:In the control group,the incidence of complications was 17.7%(11/62),while in the observation group it was 6.1% (4/66).The difference was significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Formulating improvement measures can significantly reduce the complications after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,so it has a certain reference value.关键词
