摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping plus electrocoagulation in the treatment of varicose vein of lower limbs.Methods:61 patients with varicose vein of lower extremity(70 limbs) were selected.They were treated by high ligation of great saphenous vein,stripping and electric coagulation treatment.We summarized the clinical curative effect.Results:Symptoms of 52 lower limbs varicosity were disappeared.Among them,4 patients had mild skin burn at electric coagulation;3 cases had local recurrence;2 patients appeared saphenous nerve injury,local regional anesthesia.All patients had no severe deep venous thrombosis.Conclusion:Great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping plus electrocoagulation had many advantages,such as satisfactory curative effect,simple,minimally invasive,quick recovery,beauty and so on.关键词
