Influence of opening posterior peritoneum and closing posterior peritoneum in gynecological tumor surgery on postoperative lymph cyst formation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of opening pelvic posterior peritoneum on pelvic lymph node dissection postoperative lymph cyst formation for cancer.Methods:180 patients with radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection were selected from 2009 to 2012.They were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in the control group,100 patients in the research group.The operative time,lymphatic cyst occurrence rate,lymphatic cyst size of two groups were compared.Results:The operative time,pelvic lymphatic cyst occurrence rate,lymphatic cyst size of the opening posterior peritoneum group had significant differences with those of the closing posterior peritoneum group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The opening posterior peritoneum after pelvic lymph node dissection can shorten the operation time.It has less formation of lymphatic cyst.关键词
