Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xue Shuan Tong combined with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given Xue Shuan Tong treatment,while the experimental group was combined with isosorbide mononitrate treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95% .It was obviously improved that compared with the total effective rate 72.5% of the control group.The hemorheology indexes after treatment of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of Xue Shuan Tong combined with isosorbide mononitrate treatment in patients with coronary heart disease have significant clinical curative effect.It is safe and effective.It is an effective clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.It is worth in clinical promotion.关键词
