Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of unit nursing on activities of daily living and rehabilitation for patients with stroke. Methods:50 patients with stroke were selected from 2011 to 2013,and we retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.They were randomily divided into the observation group and the control group according to the double-blind principle with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group were treated with unit nursing.Then follow-up for 1 months,we evaluated the effect of recovery and daily life ability using the National Institutes of health the nerve function deficit score(NIHSS) standard and abilities of daily living(ADL) standard.Results:The NIHSS scale of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the ADL score was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The unit nursing on patients with stroke can improve the quality of nursing,and ultimately improve patient quality of life and self-care ability,effectively reduce the relapse rate and mutilation rate, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
