Analysis of nursing work pressure in emergency cardiac intervention operative catheter room and carry out some measures

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the sources of nursing work pressure in emergency cardiac intervention operative catheter room, in order to investigate the methods to reply the nursing work pressure.Method:We reviewed operation and nursing process of 826 patients with emergency interventional operation,and analyzed the pressure source of nursing staff in the nursing process.Results:Through analysis the nursing process on 826 cases,it showed that the patient's rescue success rate was 95% in the emergency heart intervention operation catheter room.As the optimized combination operation workflow and continuously improve of the nursing work,make the blood vessel opening time of patient reached(53.5 ± 35.6)min from admission to the catheterization laboratory operation,which had reached a time limit requirements of cardiac interventional guide of 90 min,and could improve the success rate of operation.Conclusion:Based on the optimization of operation and nursing process,and take nursing mode such as turns to nursing personnel casualty duty and night shift,and improving nursing professional knowledge can reduce the nursing staff working pressure,and ensure the nursing staff mental health at a certain extent.关键词
