Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of perioperative nursing of radical resection of bladder orthotopic urinary diversion. Method:30 cases of patients with radical resection of bladder orthotopic urinary diversion from April 2011 to April 2014 were given with preoperative and postoperative,drainage tube,functional exercise and other care.The effect of perioperative nursing care of patients was analyzed.Results:Among 30 cases of patients with radical resection of bladder orthotopic urinary diversion,2 cases of patients had postoperative complications,with the incidence of complications 6.7%,and the perioperative mortality was 0% and all of the patients were safety during perioperative.2 cases of patients died of cancer metastasis and the rest of the patients restored to health and did not affect daily life,which guaranteed the patients quality of life after surgery.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing applied in radical resection of bladder orthotopic urinary diversion not only improved the prognosis of patients,but also maintained the image of the patient,guided the patients with negative emotions timely,which improved the enthusiasm and initiative of the treatment in patients and had good prognosis.关键词
