Abstract
High quality of nursing has important role on the treatment and rehabilitation of the disease,and communication is more important for psychiatric nursing staff.Communication can achieve information transmission and communication between people,achieve mutual understanding,mutual cooperation,and construct the harmonious social relationship.Good communication can enhance mutual understanding between nurses and patients.It is the most important means to improve treatment adherence of patients and improve nursing quality.关键词
