单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合卡托普利治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭170例临床疗效观察
Clinical observation of 170 cases of isosorbide mononitrate sustained telease tablets combined with captopril in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate sustained telease tablets combined with captopril in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:170 cases of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure patients were selected as the observation group.They were treated with isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with captopril therapy on the basis of conventional therapy.170 cases of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure patients were selected as the control group.They were treated with conventional therapy.Results:In the observation group,the significant efficiency was 90%;the effective rate was 7.65%;the invalid rate was 2.35%;the total efficiency was 97.65%.Curative effect was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.01).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reaction was 14.71% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate sustained telease tablets combined with captopril in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure is significant.Adverse reaction is low.It is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical use.关键词
