Effectiveness and security exploration of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and security of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods:70 patients of coronary heart disease with heart failure from 2011 to 2013 were divided into two groups by the method of random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with metoprolol,and the observation group were treated with metoprolol combined with trimetazidine.We compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group(97.1%) after treatment was higher than that of the control group(82.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of symptoms in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can improve the cardiac function in patients and is safe and reliable,which is suitable for popularization and application in future clinical.关键词
