摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the principle and clinical effect of ropivacaine and lidocaine,to explore the application effect of ropivacaine combined with lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia in senile hernia operation,and to judge whether it had the value of clinical application.Methods:32 cases of senile hernia patients were selected from January 2010 to December 2013.Before operation,10 mL composite solvent containing 0.35% ropivacaine and lidocaine 1% was injected.After without other allergies and complications,we treated hernia using ropivacaine combined with lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia.Results:We used ropivacaine combined with lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia.In the process of operation,there was no allergy and specific reactions,and physiological function was normal.After operation,no complications were found after the nursing.Conclusion:The application effect of 0.35% ropivacaine combined with 1% lidocaine for continuous epidural anesthesia in senile hernia operation is good.It has clinical application value.关键词
