摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes.Methods:200 patients with type 2 diabetes from May 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with insulin pump,and the control group were not treated with insulin pump.We compared the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The time of blood sugar reaching to the standard level in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group after treatment,and the dosage of insulin was relatively less than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Insulin pump therapy in the treatment of diabetes in earlier period is more effective and more stable than that with no insulin treatment.关键词
