Abstract
Objective:To explore the short term efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:102 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from March 2011 to February 2014. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment.The observation group of 57 cases were treated with intravenous drip of docetaxel and tegafur capsule,and the control group of 45 cases were treated with tegafur capsule.After two chemotherapy cycles,we evaluated the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the therapeutic effect in the near future was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the decrease of white blood cells, hair loss and other adverse reactions grading were more serious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of the decrease of platelet,anemia,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,mucositis,abnormal electrocardiogram,liver function damage,renal injury and other adverse reactions,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The adverse reactions were tolerable, and all patients had no interruption of treatment.Conclusion:The short term efficacy of docetaxel combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is exact.Adverse reaction is controlled.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
