奥硝唑联合法莫替丁治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of omeprazole combined famotidine in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:118 cases of patients with chronic gastritis from January 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=59).The control group took famotidine 20 mg/time before going to bed to take after a meal,2 times/d.The observation group had intravenous drip 0.05% ornidazole 100 mL, 2 times/d on the basis of the control group.The continuous treatment in the two groups lasted for 1 week.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,29 cases were markedly improved(49.2%);20 cases were effective(33.9%);10 had no effect in the control group and the total effective rate was 83.1%.42 cases were markedly improved(71.2%);7 cases were effective(11.9%);1 had no effect in the observation group and the total effective rate was 98.3%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).1 case of the control group had mild nausea in the process of treatment and the adverse reaction rate was 1.7%.1 case of the observation group had skin rash and 1 case had mild nausea,and the adverse reaction rate was 3.4%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Ornidazole combined famotidine in the treatment of chronic gastritis has good effect and is worth promoting.关键词
