内固定手术治疗复杂型胫骨平台骨折的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of internal fixation surgery in the treatment of modalities fracture of tibial plateau and to provide basis for clinical medicine.Methods:43 patients with modalities fracture of tibial plateau from January 2009 to July 2013 all took internal fixation surgery including T or L golf anatomical plate and pressure plate.We sorted and analyzed the clinical data of patients.Results:76 cases of patients with modalities tibial plateau fractures healed well;14 cases of the patients with knee joint recoved excellent;18 cases recoved well;7 cases recoved;4 cases had poor recovery;the total rate was 74.4%.The knee joint scaling of patients was largely restored.Conclusions:Internal fixation surgery in the treatment of modalities fractures of tibial plateau has good therapeutic effect,which is worth popularization in clinical.关键词
