社区高血压患者96例的随访干预效果评价分析
Effect evaluation analysis of follow-up intervention impacting 96 cases of patients with hypertension in community

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of follow-up intervention impacting hypertension in community.Methods:96 cases of patients with hypertension from July 2013 to July 2014 were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.1 group was the blank control group,and 2 group was given follow-up intervention.We compared the control condition of blood pressure in the two groups during the experiment.Results:There were obvious differences of blood lipid levels,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and the disease attack between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference of the blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).There were 11 cases with excellent cognitive of disease(22.9%),14 cases with good cognitive of disease(29.2%), 13 cases with general cognitive of disease(27.1%) and 10 cases with poor cognitive of disease(20.8%) in 1 group.There were 26 cases with excellent cognitive of disease(51.2%),20 cases with good cognitive of disease(41.7%),2 cases with general cognitive of disease(4.1%) and no poor cognitive of disease(20.8%) in 2 group.Conclusion:Follow-up intervention can improve the patient's bad living habits effectively and help patients to control blood pressure at a steady rate.关键词
