芪术通腑汤治疗老年人便秘38例临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of qizhu Tongfu decoction in the treatment of the elderly with constipation.Methods:58 cases of the elderly patients with constipation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group took qizhu tongfu decoction and the control group took Fosson.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Result:After 2 courses of treatment,10 cases were cured;6 cases were effective;4 cases were invalid in the control group;the effective rate was 80%. In the treatment group,23 cases were cured;13 cases were effective;2 cases were invalid;the effective rate was 94.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhu tongfu decoction treating the elderly with constipation has better effect and less adverse reaction.The treatment efficacy of Fosson is poor and has drug resistance.关键词
