定经汤治疗月经不调患者的临床疗效研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Dingjing decoction in the treatment of abnormal menstruation.Methods:40 patients with abnormal menstruation from May 2011 to May 2012 as the research object were randomly divided into the observation group with 20 cases and the control group with 20 cases.The observation group were treated with Dingjing decoction and the control group were treated with routine treatment.We compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,15 cases were cured;4 cases were effective;1 case had no effect;the total effective rate was 95%.In the control group,7 cases were cured;3 cases were effective;10 case had no effect;the total effective rate was 50%.The total effective rate and cure rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the treatment effect of the two groups had obvious differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingjing decoction in the treatment of patients with abnormal menstruation has good curative effect,worthy of popularizing in medicine.关键词
