桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤术后复发的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of recurrence of uterine myoma after operation.Methods:42 cases of uterine myoma postoperative recurrence patients were selected from January 2008 to May 2013.They were treated with Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsule for 3 grains/time,3 times/day;mifepristone 12.5 mg/time,1 time/day;3 month was 1 treatment course.We observed the size of the myoma,the level of hemoglobin and the changes of clinical symptoms after treatment.Results:4 cases were cured;15 cases were markedly effective;20 cases were effective;3 cases were invalid;the total efficiency was 92.8% .Conclusion:Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of recurrence of uterine myoma after operation is safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
