Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of treatment of severe pancreatitis digestion in department of internal medicine. Methods:110 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from April 2010 to February 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group averagely.The control group were treated with general therapy,and the observation group were treated with comprehensive treatment method in digestion department of internal medicine.We compared the effect of treatment of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,in the observation group and the control group,the serum and urine amylase,blood oxygen saturation,temperature and other indicators were improved.In the observation group,the improvement degree of index was significantly better than the control group.In the control group,the total efficiency was 80%;in the observation group,the total efficiency was 96.4%.In the observation group,the therapeutic effect was significantly better than the control group. In the control group,patients' satisfaction was 81.8%;in the observation group,patients' satisfaction was 96.4%.In the observation group,the patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group.There were statistically significant differences in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive treatment of severe pancreatitis digestion in department of internal medicine is significant.It is worth popularizing in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
