Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Chinese patent medicine therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation,so as to reduce the postoperative abdominal flatulence incidence.Methods:2000 patients with abdominal surgery under combined spinal epidural anesthesia were selected from 1 January 2009 to 1 January 2014.They were randomly divided into the treatment group with 1 000 cases and the control group with 1 000 cases.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,such as postoperative fasting,rehydration,prevention of infection;the treatment group were treated with oral athletes pill at 4 hours after operation on the basis of the control group.We observed gastrointestinal function recovery of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the average time of anus exhaust was (16.80 ± 9.60) hours.In the control group,the average was (31.9 ± 4.80) hours,compared the two groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Athletes pill after abdominal operation in obstetrics and gynecology department can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation.关键词
