摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of hemolytic specimen on clinical biochemical test.Methods:60 cases of blood samples from January 2013 to June 2014 were put into two anticoagulant tube, using artificial method hemolysis one tube of specimen, and the conventional biochemical index value of the hemolysis specimens and normal specimens were compared. Results:The test results of CK,ALB,AST,α-HBD,LDH,K +,DB,TP,TB in the hemolysis specimens were significantly higher than those in no hemolysis specimens, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The test results of TB,K+,ALB,LDH,TP, CK,AST,α-HBD,DB when the hemolysis degree was Hb 6.0 g/L,were significantly higher than that of hemolysis degree of Hb 3.0 g/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The measured value GLU,Scr were obviously decreased as the severity of hemolysis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemolysis can affect a number of convention biochemical test results. Each link of collection and testing specimens needs to be controlled strictly to avoided mistakes and to ensure the accuracy of test results.关键词
