摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore Value of thinprep cytology test(TCT) combination with colposcopy test in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods:Among 8 130 rural women with cervical cancer screening,73 cases had test positive,with the positive detection rate 0.83%,and they were given TCT combined with colposcope examination and living tissue pathological examination, with the cervical biopsy pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.The results were analyzed.Results:1 case had phosphorus epithelial carcinoma;4 cases had low-grade lesions(CIN1);10 cases had highly lesions(6 cases of CIN2,4 cases of CIN3);1 case had atypical squamous intraepithelial lesions(ASC-US);1 case had active squamous epithelial hyperplasia.Conclusion:The regularly TCT detection has important value of screening for women cervical cancer prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment.TCT combined colposcopy examination in the cervical cancer screening has good sensitivity,high accuracy,which complement each other and could increase the detection rate and accuracy of cervical lesions.关键词
