摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the BK virus positive in the urine of patients with hemorrhagic cystitis after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:30 cases of hemorrhagic cystitis patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were as the observation group,and 30 cases of healthy adults were as the control group.The BK virus DNA in urine were detected using PCR detection technology.Results:26 cases of the observation group had BK virus DNA detected.The median duration of positive virus urine was 7(2~14) weeks.The control group had no BK virus detected.Conclusion:Hemorrhagic cystitis is one of common complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,in which the virus in the urine has significantly higher incidence,and BK virus may be involved in the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic cystitis process.关键词
