多排螺旋CT在膝关节外伤诊断中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of knee trauma,so as to analyze the diagnostic methods in the clinical application value and significance.Methods:100 patients with knee joint injury were selected from December 2012 to December 2013.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.We compared the diagnosis by multi-slice spiral CT and operation.Results:Multi slice CT diagnosis results showed that joint effusion,meniscus injury and bone injury accurate rate respectively was 94.4%,91.2% and 93.3%.Compared the results of the diagnosis and results confirmed by operation, there was no significant difference(χ 2 respectively was 0.301,0.324,0.315,P>0.05).Conclusion:The result of multi-slice spiral CT in the knee joint injury for early diagnosis is reliable.It helps doctors to get early accurate understanding about patients,so as to provide the patients with timely and effective treatment and improve the patients quality of life.关键词
