恩度与化疗联合治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of endostar combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastrointestinal tumor

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of clinical application of endostar combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastrointestinal tumor.Methods:76 patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors were selected from March 2008 to April 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given chemotherapy.The observation group were given endostar combined with chemotherapy.We analyzed and studied on the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The clinical disease control rate of the observation group(76.31%) was higher than the control group(63.15%)(P<0.05).The observation group toxicities included myelosuppression in 3 cases,4 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,T wave of ECG changes in 1 case,1 case of premature beat,elevated blood pressure in 1 case;the control group toxicity reaction including 4 cases with bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions in 6 cases,T wave of ECG changes in 2 cases,1 case of premature beat,elevated blood pressure in 2 cases;the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Endostar combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced digestive tract cancer can make the objective effect obviously, and it has clinical value.关键词
