Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ulinastatin in the treatment of sepsis.Methods: 80 patients with sepsis were selected from July 2012 to July 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group were given conventional therapy.The experimental group combined with ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:After the treatment,the APACHE Ⅱ score,and Marsha Ⅱ score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the IL-6,TNF-alpha,Ny-proBNP levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ulinastatin in treating patients with sepsis are safe and reliable,and it is worthy to be popularized and applied.关键词
