Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of transanal ileus decompression tube in the treatment of acute colorectal obstruction.Methods:60 patients with acute colorectal obstruction were selected from January 2010 to January 2014. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine operation therapy,and the observation group were treated by transanal ileus decompression tube.We compared clinical operation effect of the two groups.Results:The abdominal pain and distension symptoms disappeared time and independent exhaust time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and with statistical significance(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal decompression amount of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and with statistical significance(P<0.05).The patients hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the control group was 14.08%,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was 4.23%.So the incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transanal ileus decompression tube in the treatment of the acute low colorectal obstruction can improve the clinical condition of patients effectively,reduce the suffering of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.It is safety and effective,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
