低潮气量联合呼气末正压通气行肺大泡手术麻醉体会
Anesthesia experience on low tidal volume and end expiratory positive pressure ventilation for lung bullae surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the management experience of anesthesia on low tidal volume and end expiratory positive pressure ventilation for lung bullae surgery.Methods:15 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease pulmonary bulla who recieved surgery from 2008 to 2014 were selected.Double lumen endotracheal intubation were taken after induction of preoperative anesthesia.During the operation adjusted the depth of anesthesia and supplement blood capacity to maintain stable hemodynamics.Results:All of the patients were smoothly during operation and anesthesia,and with stable vital signs after surgery. Conclusion:Low tidal volume and end expiratory positive pressure ventilation for lung bullae surgery anesthesia can prevent lung injury during surgery.关键词
