DHS和PFNA内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效比较
Comparison of the effects of DHS and PFNA fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of DHS and PFNA fixed in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:84 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were selected from January 2010 to December 2010. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases in each.The control group were treated with internal fixation with DHS treatment.The observation group were treated with internal fixation with PFNA treatment.We compared the clinical effect and postoperative rehabilitation of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.48%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.29%.The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly patients with fracture can effectively improve the situation,and improve the prognosis of patients.It is safe and effective,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
