剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕处妊娠15例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 15 cases of uterine incision scar pregnancy after cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine incision scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods:15 patients with uterus incision after cesarean section scar were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of them,and summarized the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis and the treatment methods of uterine incision scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Results:12 patients received drug treatment to kill the embryo, including 3 cases of patients after drug to kill the embryo,and had curettage in the B ultrasound assisted.2 cases of patients with more bleeding,they had uterine artery embolization and dilatation and curettage with B ultrasound assisted.1 patients had no fertility requirements, its illness more serious,and we give operation treatment.Therefore,except for 1 patients hysterectomy,14 cases had residual fertility.Conclusion:Strict control of cesarean section number can reduce the incidence of uterine incision scar pregnancy after cesarean section effectively.关键词
