阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究
A controlled study of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods:80 patients with schizophrenic were selected from December 2011 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The treatment effect assessed by positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),assessment of adverse reaction using Treatment Emergent SymptomScale(TESS).Results:In the second,fourth,eighth weeks after the treatment,PANSS part and the factor scores in two group were significantly decreased than before the treatment.At eighth weeks,the efficiency had no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The adverse reactions in two groups both were mild,the extrapyramidal reactions and the rate of menopause and weight gain in the study group were significantly lower than in the control group.Conclusion:Aripiprazole and risperidone are equivalent in anti psychotic,but aripiprazole has higher safety and better compliance.关键词
